First, I will help you discover the diversity of the various communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley to best your family’s special needs.  We will look at the options available throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas along with the many Master Planned communities that will best suit you.

Secondly, I will be your relocation expert to assist in not only finding the right home for you, but also to arrange for financing, negotiating a purchase contract for your new home and monitoring all the details of the escrow and closing to protect your best interests meaning that I will help you to find, negotiate, secure financing and see the transaction through the closing process

Because I believe in creating a relationship with my future new neighbors, I do not feel that my job is complete just because you have closed on your new home.  Having gone through the relocation process myself almost 10 years ago, I know how challenging it can be to get established in a new community.  I have the resources available to me to help you find private or public schools, churches or synagogues, moving company arrangements, interim housing, automobile registration, medical, dental providers, daycare facilities, insurance policies, etc.

At no cost to you, I provide an extensive array of services to match the best home for the home buyer.  I research the criteria of your future home by spending time and effort in previewing many homes before your arrival.  Once you come into town, I will be able to show you many of the housing options available throughout the different areas of the valley.  Ultimately, I will be actively involved in the entire transaction until you step into your new home.
